About Me

I have seen and believe that anything is possible even in the face of frightening prognoses or apparent life long conditions.

I have supported clients with a range of conditions, from panic attacks, anxiety, depression, bereavement, debilitating allergies, migraine, learning difficulties, menstrual problems and physical injuries from sports /falls.

How I got here….

My journey began with the love of my life, my son, over ten years ago. He became very unwell, developmentally and physically.  He required my attention and care 24/7. I saw many specialists at the time and many different diagnoses from Autism to potential oxygen starvation at birth were discussed. I couldn’t and wouldn’t accept the potential limitations on his life that were being presented to me.

So I threw myself into learning, researching and exploring alternative options and discovered CST and Homeopathy. Over the course of a year and beyond the therapies worked subtly and gently to alleviate symptoms, improving overall health and vitality. He went from strength to strength with other practitioners supporting as needed. His progress over time has been extraordinary and today he is thriving.

As I sought to help him, I helped myself. And the experience permanently altered the way I view health and illness.

My passion for transforming my son’s life, the work that did this, and my desire to help others in a similar way led me to go on and get official qualifications.

My qualifications:

I am privileged to have received training and mentorship from some of the best teachers in the world.

I trained in Homeopathy with the Centre for Homeopathic Education (CHE) and achieved a 1st Class BSc from Middlesex University, followed by a 2 year Craniosacral training at the Centre for Craniosacral Therapy, the largest and longest established training school in Europe. There, under the guidance of Thomas Attlee I learned the fundamentals of CST and how to apply them in practice.

I am an external academic tutor and marker for students at the CHE and was proud to be a part of a team of homeopaths working via video clinic with the Al Salam Peace School for  Syrian refugee children in Reyhanli Turkey. My work incorporates levels 1-3 of Pranic Healing from training with Rohit Sujanani, on the off-body energy work system, developed by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui. This supports distance work for clients abroad.

The CSTA (Craniosacral Therapy Association) appointed me as a Trustee in 2019 and I am delighted to be able to support our wider community.

My previous career was in business, so I have an understanding of the stresses and strains the modern working day places on the body affecting fertility, mood, sleep, and having wide reaching ramifications in social and sexual relationships. I have seen and experienced first hand how these transformational therapies can dramatically alter the health, mind, body and spirit of an individual, thereby improving their enjoyment and experience of life.

Whatever your health challenge, CST can help you.

Working with Raj has been an absolute game changer for me. Before my first session I had been taking pain killers every day for headaches. After just one CST session with Raj, I noticed the most amazing shift in my health and for the first time in over 2 months I no longer needed any pain killers. This treatment is truly amazing!”

“I always find my sessions with Raj so calming and relaxing. I come out feeling more focused too, able to approach my day and any decisions I have to make with more composure. She is both warm and professional, carefully explaining what she is doing, and giving feedback but also allowing me plenty of quiet to enjoy the session. Her sunny treatment room in her beautiful apartment is an oasis of calm too – with lovely picture windows overlooking Primrose Hill and bird song in the background. If you’re interested in trying cranio-sacral therapy, I can thoroughly recommend Raj!”
